About this form

Use this online form to pay your DS-11 U.S. Passport Application Fee if you are applying outside the United States.

Please Note: Use this online form ONLY to pay for your Form DS-11 Application for a U.S. Passport fee. To be eligible to use this online payment form, you must apply in person at a U.S. embassy, consulate, or consular agency abroad using Form DS-11, and you must meet ONE of the following criteria:

• You are applying for U.S. passport for the first time; OR
• You are an applicant who is under the age of 16; OR
• Your previous U.S. passport was either a) issued when you were under the age of 16; or b) issued more than 15 years ago; or c) lost, stolen, or damaged.

If you do not meet these criteria, or you are applying for a different service using a different passport application form, you DO NOT qualify to pay your application fee online using this method. Please refer to the official website of the location where you are applying for further information. Passport fees are NOT refundable except in very limited circumstances.
